To Sleep or medicate

There are surveys that show an average of 50% of people asked, had sleep issues. There are many helpful things you can do before heading down to the sleep clinic to be tested for sleep apnea or other sleep disorders. I am hearing very regularly now of all these people buying Cpap machines…I ask myself, Is it really necessary? Sometimes yes I believe it is, but not as often as it seems to be happening.

Young man came to me, 23 years old. Diagnosed with deviated septum, snoring issues and had an appointment with sleep disorder clinic as he is exhausted from lack of sleep. He was not obese, worked out regularly and ate well.
We put him on a “nutritional cleanse” and now he sleeps more restful and wakes up with way more energy. He is leaner, has more muscle definition and is very excited about his results.
