		<description>thanks Ted. be sure to understand the carbs we are talking here are complex carbs. The breaky suggestion should say protein and fiber. That was a typo, my apologies.After dinner, a protein shake before bed if its lean and clean is a good thing becasue thats when your muscles rebuild so giving clean lean fuel do do that is helpful. For women eating every 2-3 hours is a good thing as it help stabilize mood and blood sugar.</description>
